    Guests are free to surf on internet in all kinds of guestrooms. In addition, Huguang Hotel is among the earliest star hotels in Hangzhou that have reactive digital TV system. Guests may watch 57 channels and TV programs, over 1000 movies, check weather forecast, food and other information. Central air condition system and monitoring system are also provided.

In May 1984, Huguang Hotel started its business;
In 1995, it finished the first decoration;
Over the recent 20 years, it has received over 50,000 policemen and leaders at various levels from the national judicial systems;
as well as several ten thousand tourists from all over the country.
In Sept. 2001, it stopped business running for a reconstruction;
In March 2004, it reopened for trial operation on a four-star standard, and became a newfashioned tourist hotel.
In Sept. 2004, the hotel undertook the reception work of principals and players in the opening ceremony of "The Seventh China Arts Festival", winning the honorable title for its circumspect service.
On February 8, 2005, appraised as Three-star Hotel by Star-grade Hotel Evaluation Committee of Hangzhou Travel and Tourism Bureau.
